I recently purchased an investment property that was a little old and beat up. The land was nice and big but the house itself was really in need of a renovation.
I called around a few different companies but none of them really impressed me with their service or prices. A friend suggested the Reno King after having them renovate her kitchen and later on her bathroom as well. I was a bit hesitant but I called them up and they came over to give me a free quote on a renovation.

Half way through the renovation, the Reno King himself called me up. He told me how he had a line on some imported tiles that we could use for the bathroom instead of the ones I originally picked. The best part was they were only 50% of the cost and looked identical and were better quality.
I was really impressed by their honesty, so much so that now whenever I speak to other people about renovations (I’m a real estate agent), I tell them about the Reno King and the great service and advice they can provide anyone who is in the market for a home renovation.
